We’ve listed a short description of the grant application process. It is by no means all-inclusive, but will give you an idea of the steps necessary for consideration. Please also visit the Grant Cycle Schedule tab for information on all application deadlines.
1. Expression of Interest- complete the online EOI form in which you will be asked to:
- describe your organization’s mission, annual budget, and existing services
- describe the proposed project or use of funds, and their relationship to ASF’s mission
- include the amount requested and the project timeline
2. If invited to submit a full application, complete the online grant application and include the following attachments:
- Program budget
- Principal staff biographies
- Audit statement and IRS Letter of Determination
- Form 990
- Most recent annual report
