ASF will consider applications for funding through two grant cycles a year.
The schedules for these cycles are outlined below. In extraordinary cases, the Board may consider funding a project outside these schedules, but only at the request of ASF.
Spring Cycle
February 1st – Deadline for online submission of Expressions of Interest
April 1st – Deadline for full applications from those applicants invited to submit by ASF
Mid May – Notification of granting decisions
June 1st – Grant contracts to begin
Fall Cycle
July 1st – Deadline for online submission of Expression of Interest
September 1st – Deadline for full applications from those applicants invited to submit by ASF
Mid October – Notification of granting decisions
November 1st – Grant contracts to begin
These dates are subject to change at the discretion of ASF. It is the responsibility of applicants to periodically check the ASF website for changes in grant cycles or submission deadlines and to ensure timely submission of expressions of interest and full grant applications.
